“The objects just open your eyes and you think how they are things the oldies were going to throw away. We never understand the value in things. We ask children if they know what the buildings mean and I think they have some sort of idea that this is where our old people used to live, used to work – the children who visit have got some understanding and I think they respect and feel proud of them.”
